Fahri Hamzah Sebut Justru Perintah Wiranto Yang Menjurus Makar

MUSTANIR.net – Perintah Menko Polhukam Wiranto kepada Pangdam dan Kapolda agar tidak membiarkan masyarakat keluar daerah menuju Jakarta jelang pengumuman hasil Pemilu 2019 menuai reaksi dari Wakil Ketua DPR Fahri Hamzah.

Fahri menegaskan, perintah itu hanya berlaku sebelum 1998.

“Sekarang UUD, UU dan seluruh perangkat hukum telah didesain untuk melindungi kebebasan rakyat untuk bergerak,” kata dia saat diminta komentar atas pernyatan Wiranto itu, Jumat (17/5/2019).

Fahri pun menyayangkan Wiranto selaku Menko Polhukam tidak membaca adanya aturan yang melindungi kebebasan masyarakat menyampaikan pendapatnya.

“Sayang Polhukam tak lagi baca aturan itu. Semua yang dikatakan dia (Wiranto), adalah pendekatan kekuasaan. Itu salah,” sebut inisiator Gerakan Arah Baru Indonesia (GARBI) ini.

Menurutnya, Kemenko Polhukam tidak punya hak untuk memerintahkan para aparat penegak hukum agar melarang masyarakat datang ke Jakarta. Justru, perintah Wiranto itu dapat dikategorikan makar, karena menggunakan aparat bersenjata untuk merampas kebebasan rakyat.

“Sayang sekali orang-orang ini enggak baca undang-undang dan konstitusi. Jangan mentok lalu pakai kekuasaan belaka,” cetus Fahri lagi.

Oleh karena itu, dengan tegas Fahri mengatakan bahwa demokrasi itu bukan perubahan dari peluru tajam ke peluru hampa dan pentungan, tapi perubahan pikiran bahwa keselamatan rakyat dan kebebasannya harus menjadi tujuan utama penyelenggaraan negara sebagaimana dalam pembukaan UUD 1945.

Lanjut Fahri, jika kaum liberal di belakang pendekatan keamanan, pastilah motifnya ideologis karena kebencian telah membutakan mata hati. Bahkan, demi ambisi ideologi, mereka rela menghancurkan demokrasi dan negara hukum untuk mengalahkan kelompok yang mereka benci.

“Negara dikorbankan demi ambisi berkuasa,” pungkas anggota DPR dari Dapil Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) itu.

Menko Polhukam Wiranto sebelumnya peringatkan Pangdam dan Kapolda jangan membiarkan masyarakat keluar daerah menuju Jakarta. Menurut dia, langkah tersebut harus ditempuh supaya tidak terjadi penumpukan di ibukota, serta agar permasalahan di daerah tidak dibawa ke Jakarta.[]
