Memalukan, Anggota DPRD Golkar Kena OTT Dana Bantuan Gempa Lombok

MUSTANIR.COM, Mataram – Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Mataram menggelar operasi tangkap tangan (OTT) untuk dana bantuan rehabilitasi fasilitas pendidikan yang terdampak bencana gempa bumi Lombok. Salah satu yang ditangkap adalah anggota DPRD Kota Mataram dari Partai Golkar.
OTT itu dilakukan di sebuah warung makan di kawasan pertokoan Cakranegara, Kota Mataram, Jumat (14/9/2018) sekitar pukul 09.30 Wita.
Dalam OTT itu, pihak kejaksaan berhasil mengamankan barang bukti uang tunai sebesar Rp 30 juta dari tangan tersangka, yaitu seorang anggota Dewan dari Fraksi Partai Golkar Kota Mataram berinisial HM.
Kejari Mataram juga mengamankan HS, yang memiliki jabatan strategis di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Mataram, serta CT, yang berposisi sebagai kontraktor dalam proyek rehabilitasi gedung pendidikan terdampak gempa.
“Oknum HM terbukti telah melakukan pemerasan kepada HS dan CT. Tersangka dikenakan Pasal 12e UU Tipikor,” kata Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejaari) Mataram I Ketut Sumedana kepada wartawan.
Kasus pemerasan yang dilakukan tersangka HM bersumber dari dana proyek senilai Rp 4,2 miliar yang dianggarkan dari APBD Perubahan tahun 2018 untuk perbaikan 14 unit gedung SD dan SMP terdampak bencana gempa bumi di Kota Mataram.
