Andi Arief Terciduk Kasus Narkoba, Fahri: Jokowi Bisa Kalah Gara-Gara Ini

MUSTANIR.com – Wakil Ketua DPR RI Fahri Hamzah meminta semua pihak untuk tidak membesar-besarkan kasus narkoba yang tengah menjerat politikus Partai Demokrat Andi Arief. Karena, sejatinya masalah seperti ini dapat diselesaikan tanpa harus membuat gaduh publik.

“Andi Arief kan cuma makan pil begitu kan satu (butir). Katanya juga enggak ada alat buktinya. Ya sudah lah, itu kan bisa diselesaikan di belakang. Enggak usah konferensi pers,” kata Fahri di Gedung DPR RI, Jakarta, Selasa (5/3/2019).

Fahri menilai, banyak kasus-kasus mencuat sejatinya bisa diselesaikan tanpa harus membuat gaduh publik. Contohnya saja, kasus Ahmad Dhani yang sedang terjerat pidana ihwal ujaran kebencian dan pencemaran nama baik.

“Itu kan sebenernya bisa diselesaikan tanpa harus ramai kaya begini. Padahal kita tahu, Andi Arief ini lagi kritis sama pemerintah. Suka atau tidak, pemerintah rusak namanya gara-gara kasus Andi Arief ini,” tuturnya.

Lebih lanjut, insiator Garbi ini menuturkan, Andi Arief dikenal sebagai sosok kritikus pemerintah yang dinilainya vokal dalam menyuarakan kebenaran. Dia tidak mau kasus Andi Arief dipersepsikan masyarakat sebagai upaya pemerintah membungkam kritikus.

“Apa yang dilakukan ini merugikan incumbent. Bisa kalah petahana gara-gara ini. Saya juga khawatir ini yang disebut oleh Pak Prabowo tentang jangan sampai ada operasi intelijen untuk menegakkan hukum. Nanti malah kacau ini,” pungkasnya.

Sebelumnya, sekadar informasi, Andi Arief diciduk Direktorat IV Bareskrim Polri. Dia ditangkap di Hotel Peninsula, Slipi, Jakarta, Minggu (3/3/2019).

Dikonfirmasi mengenai penangkapan Andi karena narkoba, Kabareskrim Polri Komjen Idham Aziz membenarkannya. “Ya, benar,” kata dia singkat saat dikonfirmasi awak media, Senin (4/3/2019).‎ []
