Kekejaman Israel Tak Bisa Dihentikan Hanya dengan Kecaman
MUSTANIR.net – Pada bulan Ramadhan yang agung ini, Israel kembali mempertontonkan kekejamannya terhadap Muslim Palestina ke hadapan dunia. Pada Rabu malam (5/4/2023) puluhan polisi Israel menyerbu Masjid al-Aqsha di Yerusalem Timur.
Saat itu sekitar 20 ribu kaum Muslim sedang menunaikan shalat tarawih di dalamnya. Jamaah shalat ditembaki dengan gas air mata, dilempar granat kejut dan ditembaki peluru-peluru baja berlapis karet. Jamaah juga dipukuli agar mereka keluar dari dalam ruangan masjid. Sekitar 350 warga Muslim ditangkap dalam serangan brutal tersebut.
Terus Berulang
Sejak Januari sampai Maret 2023 sudah ada 83 warga Palestina yang meninggal akibat kekejaman Israel. Jika diakumulasikan, sejak 2008 sampai sekarang (2023) total korban jiwa dari pihak Palestina mencapai 6.263 orang. Dalam periode sama, total korban luka dari pihak Palestina mencapai 146.347 orang.
Dalam agresi militernya, Israel tidak memandang orang dewasa dan anak-anak atau warga lanjut usia, lelaki ataupun perempuan. Berdasarkan data Kantor Koordinasi Kemanusiaan PBB (OCHA UN) sejak 2008-2021, 21,8% korban jiwa di Palestina adalah anak-anak berusia kurang dari 18 tahun. Rinciannya, sebanyak 1.011 anak laki-laki dan 244 anak perempuan.
Kaum agresor Israel juga kerap menyerbu kamp-kamp pengungsian dan rumah warga dan menangkapi mereka tanpa dakwaan. Menurut Lembaga nirlaba Palestinian Prisoners’ Club, pihak Israel telah menahan 2.200 warga Palestina sepanjang tahun ini, Tragisnya, sebagian besar penangkapan tersebut dilakukan selama bulan suci Ramadan.
Hanya Retorika
Terhadap aksi biadab Israel yang terus berulang, para pemimpin dunia Islam lagi-lagi hanya memberikan aksi retorika minus tindakan nyata. Sekretaris Jenderal Organisasi Kerja Sama Islam (OKI) Hussein Brahim Taha pada Sabtu hanya memperingatkan bahwa kejahatan Israel di wilayah pendudukan Yerusalem Timur telah memicu kejahatan, ketegangan dan ketidakstabilan di kawasan.
Presiden Turki Recep Erdoğan juga hanya mengecam tindakan Israel. “Turki tidak bisa diam di hadapan serangan ini. Menginjak-injak Masjid al-Aqsa adalah garis merah kita,” kata Erdoğan. “Palestina tidak sendirian,” tambahnya.
Sungguh aneka pernyataan dan kecaman para pemimpin dunia Islam yang membela Palestina adalah lagu lama yang terus diulang. Sama sekali tidak membuat Israel takut untuk mengulangi agresi mereka. Malah makin menjadi-jadi.
Negara Zionis Israel paham bahwa para pemimpin dunia Islam hanya macan kertas. Israel tahu bahwa para pemimpin negeri-negeri Islam tidak akan pernah melakukan tindakan nyata membebaskan Palestina dari penindasan mereka. Kaum Yahudi itu hafal betul, tidak akan pernah ada pengiriman pasukan kaum Muslim untuk mengusik eksistensi negara Yahudi.
Di sisi lain, para pemimpin dunia Islam itu memainkan standar ganda: mengecam Israel, tetapi juga berpelukan erat dengan mereka. Turki, misalnya, pada tahun 2022 semakin meningkatkan hubungan dengan Israel. Ekspor Turki ke Israel pada tahun 2021 meningkat. Bahkan Israel menjadi mitra dagang terbesar Turki yang melebihi Arab Saudi dan Indonesia.
Negeri-negeri Muslim seperti Uni Emirat Arab, Mesir, Maroko, Sudan, Bahrain dan Yordania juga sudah menormalisasi hubungan dengan Israel. Di lisan, mereka mengutuk Israel, namun mereka terus berjabat tangan dengan kaum Zionis yang masih berlumuran darah kaum Muslim. Mereka telah mengkhianati kepercayaan yang telah diberikan oleh Allah dan kaum Muslim untuk melindungi agama dan jiwa umat. Mereka lupa dengan firman Allah subḥānahu wa taʿālā:
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَخُونُوا اللَّهَ وَالرَّسُولَ وَتَخُونُوا أَمَانَاتِكُمْ وَأَنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ
Hai orang-orang yang beriman, janganlah kalian mengkhianati Allah dan Rasul serta jangan pula kalian mengkhianati amanat-amanat yang dipercayakan kepada kalian, sedangkan kalian tahu (TQS al-Anfal [8]: 27).
Mereka juga seperti tidak pernah membaca firman Allah subḥānahu wa taʿālā:
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَّخِذُوا الْيَهُودَ وَالنَّصَارَىٰ أَوْلِيَاءَ ۘ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءُ بَعْضٍ ۚ وَمَنْ يَتَوَلَّهُمْ مِنْكُمْ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْهُمْ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ
Hai orang-orang yang beriman, janganlah kalian menjadikan kaum Yahudi dan Nasrani sebagai kawan bagi kalian. Sebagian mereka adalah kawan bagi sebagian yang lain. Siapa saja di antara kalian menjadikan mereka sebagai kawan, sungguh dia termasuk golongan mereka. Sungguh Allah tidak memberikan petunjuk kepada kaum yang zalim (TQS al-Maidah [5]: 51).
Haram Berdamai dengan Israel
Israel adalah negara kafir harbi fi’l[an]. Mereka secara nyata telah memerangi kaum Muslim. Kebiadaban dan kebencian Israel terhadap kaum Muslim sudah begitu terbuka. Sejak negara Israel didirikan pada tahun 1948, sekitar 700 ribu warga Palestina terusir. Kelompok HAM Israel B’Tselem menyatakan selama dekade terakhir mulai April 2011 hingga Mei 2020, pasukan keamanan Israel telah membunuh 3.408 warga Palestina. Korban tersebut berada di wilayah Palestina yang diduduki dan di dalam Israel.
Karena itu Islam telah mengharamkan hubungan diplomatik apapun dengan Israel. Yang wajib dilakukan adalah memerangi dan mengusir mereka. Allah subḥānahu wa taʿālā memerintahkan:
وَقَاتِلُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ الَّذِينَ يُقَاتِلُونَكُمْ وَلَا تَعْتَدُوا…
Perangilah oleh kalian di jalan Allah orang-orang yang memerangi kalian, (tetapi) janganlah kalian melampaui batas… (TQS al-Baqarah [2]: 190).
Allah subḥānahu wa taʿālā juga memerintahkan untuk mengusir siapapun yang telah mengusir kaum Muslim:
وَاقْتُلُوهُمْ حَيْثُ ثَقِفْتُمُوهُمْ وَأَخْرِجُوهُم مِّنْ حَيْثُ أَخْرَجُوكُمْ
Perangilah mereka di mana saja kalian menjumpai mereka dan usirlah mereka dari tempat mereka telah mengusir kalian (TQS al-Baqarah [2]: 191).
Kedua ayat di atas menjelaskan bahwa sikap terhadap kaum yang memerangi dan mengusir kaum Muslim adalah dengan memberikan tindakan setimpal, yakni memerangi dan mengusir mereka dari tanah air kaum Muslim.
Selain itu umat Islam, terutama para pemimpin mereka, wajib memberikan pertolongan kepada saudara seiman. Inilah sikap yang harus ditunjukkan untuk memenuhi perintah Allah subḥānahu wa taʿālā:
وَإِنِ اسْتَنصَرُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ فَعَلَيْكُمُ النَّصْرُ
Jika mereka meminta pertolongan kepada kalian dalam (urusan pembelaan) agama maka kalian wajib memberikan pertolongan. (TQS al-Anfal [8]: 72).
Rasulullah ﷺ juga menyatakan haramnya menelantarkan nasib saudara seiman. Sabda beliau:
الْمُسْلِمُ أَخُو الْمُسْلِمِ، لَا يَظْلِمُهُ وَلَا يُسْلِمُهُ
Seorang Muslim itu adalah saudara bagi Muslim yang lain. Ia tidak boleh menzalimi dan menelantarkan saudaranya (HR Muslim).
Palestina: Urusan Agama
Bagi kaum Muslim, persoalan Palestina lebih tinggi dari sekadar urusan kemanusiaan. Persoalan Palestina merupakan bagian krusial dari agama. Ada dua yang jadi alasan:
Pertama, status negeri Palestina sebagai tanah kharajiyah yang menjadi milik kaum Muslim sehingga wajib dibebaskan setiap jengkalnya dari cengkeraman Zionis Israel, bukan sekadar membebaskan Yerusalem atau Masjid al-Aqsha.
Ke dua, kaum Muslim terikat dengan Perjanjian Umar (al-‘Ahd al-Umariyyah) dengan kaum Nasrani Yerusalem. Perjanjian ini ditandatangani oleh Pendeta Sofronius dan Khalifah Umar bin al-Khaththab raḍiyallāhu ‘anhu pada tahun 637 M.
Di antara poin perjanjiannya adalah tidak mengizinkan kaum Yahudi lewat dan bermalam di Yerusalem. Mereka juga dilarang tinggal bersama warga Nasrani atas permintaan kaum Nasrani Yerusalem. Isi perjanjian tersebut masih mengikat kaum Muslim sehingga wajib mengusir kaum Yahudi dari tanah Palestina.
Wahai kaum Muslim! Wahai para pemimpin dunia Islam! Apakah Anda sekalian lupa dengan sabda Nabi ﷺ:
مَثَلُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ فِي تَوَادِّهِمْ، وَتَرَاحُمِهِمْ، وَتَعَاطُفِهِمْ مَثَلُ الْجَسَدِ إِذَا اشْتَكَى مِنْهُ عُضْوٌ تَدَاعَى لَهُ سَائِرُ الْجَسَدِ بِالسَّهَرِ وَالْحُمَّى
Perumpamaan kaum Mukmin dalam hal saling mengasihi, mencintai dan menyayangi itu bagaikan satu tubuh. Jika ada salah satu anggota tubuh yang sakit maka seluruh tubuhnya akan ikut terjaga dan demam (turut merasakan sakitnya) (HR al-Bukhari dan Muslim).
Apakah Anda sekalian juga telah lupa dengan pesan beliau:
لَزَوَالُ الدُّنْيَا أَهْوَنُ عَلَى اللَّهِ مِنْ قَتْلِ مُؤْمِنٍ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ
Hilangnya dunia lebih ringan bagi Allah dibandingkan dengan terbunuhnya seorang Mukmin tanpa alasan yang haq (HR Nasa’i).
Sungguh paham nasionalisme dan rasa takut Anda akan hilangnya jabatan dan kedudukan telah membuat Anda berdiam diri dan enggan untuk membebaskan dengan segera tanah Palestina. Anda merasa puas karena bisa membungkam dan mengelabui umat dengan retorika-retorika politik murahan, sedangkan tangan Anda berjabat tangan dengan Israel yang terus mengusir dan membunuhi Muslim Palestina, sementara Anda biarkan Muslim Palestina bertahan sendirian menghadapi agresi Israel.
Bandingkan dengan sikap Amerika Serikat dan Eropa yang mengirimkan bantuan militer membela Ukraina dalam konflik dengan Rusia, tanpa peduli kata PBB dan dunia. Sikap yang sama juga dilakukan AS saat menyerbu Irak dan Afganistan yang sama sekali tidak mengacuhkan PBB atau dunia internasional.
Israel pun demikian. Mereka tidak ambil pusing dengan puluhan resolusi PBB yang mengutuk mereka. Agresi militer dan pengusiran terhadap warga Palestina terus saja dilakukan.
Sebaliknya, para pemimpin dunia Islam, terutama negara-negara Teluk yang bertetangga dengan Palestina, tidak punya nyali. Padahal yang tengah diusir dan dibunuh adalah saudara mereka seiman. Padahal di tangan mereka sebenarnya ada kekuatan militer yang cukup untuk memerangi dan mengusir Israel. Lalu bagaimana Anda mempertanggungjawabkan sikap Anda ini di hadapan Allah kelak? []
