Menteri Keuangan: Bangun Infrastruktur Bukan Hobi Pak Jokowi, tapi Keharusan
MUSTANIR.com – Menteri Keuangan, Sri Mulyani kembali menegaskan pentingnya pembangunan infrastruktur yang selama ini telah dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Joko Widodo ( Jokowi).
Menurut dia, tujuan utama pembangunan infrastruktur adalah untuk menjadi penghubung antara satu wilayah dengan wilayah lain Indonesia dan menciptakan pemerataan pembangunan.
“Semua elemen infrastruktur. Indonesia adalah negara besar. Bukan hanya Jakarta dan Serpong,” kata dia di Apple Developer Academy, BSD, Tangerang Selatan, Banten, Selasa 12 maret 2019.
“Untuk memastikan semua orang Indonesia punya kesempatan, keterhubungan adalah hal yang penting. Pemerintah investasi pada infrastruktur. Itu bukan hobi presiden Jokowi. Itu mandatori,” imbuhnya.
Dengan demikian, diharapkan infrastruktur tidak saja menghubungkan dan menyatukan Indonesia, tapi juga dapat meningkatkan keekonomian.
“Kita sudah bangun infrastruktur dari jalan, pelabuhan, bandara sama seperti tol di udara tol langit. Supaya kita tidak membuat perbedaan antara orang yang tinggal di Jakarta dengan yang tinggal di Aceh, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Papua dan tempat lain di Indonesia,” jelas dia. []
