Sindir Janji Program Jokowi, BPN: Kalau Masih Ada yang Percaya Jokowi, Keterlaluan

MUSTANIR.com – Wakil Ketua Badan Pemenangan Nasional (BPN) Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga, Yandri Susanto, menyindir janji program Kartu Pra Kerja capres petahana Joko Widodo. Ia mempertanyakan, justru program Jokowi itu mendapat kritikan dari internal pemerintah yang notabene masuk menjabar sebagai Dewan Pengarah Tim Kampanye Nasional (TKN) yaitu Jusuf Kalla.

“Kartu Pra Kerja, Pak Jusuf Kalla kan masih mempertanyakan. Jadi di internal pemerintah belum kompak, termasuk Menteri Tenaga Kerja kan baru mau mengkaji. Menkeu juga bertanya dari mana uangnya. Jadi saya kira bukan dari kubu kami justru yang banyak mengkritisi Kartu Pra Kerja, justru dari internal mereka,” kata Yandri di gedung DPR, Jakarta, Senin (11/3).

Ia mengutip pernyataan Wakil Presiden Jusuf Kalla yang menyebut uangnya tidak ada untuk program Jokowi itu. Realisasi Kartu Pra Kerja bahkan disebutkan bisa dilakukan bila negara sudah makmur dan utangnya tak ada.

“Tak seperti Indonesia. Menurut Pak JK, saya enggak tahu apakah Pak Jokowi menyampaikan itu atas ide pribadi atau hasil kajian di TKN atau internal pemerintah. Saya enggak tahu,” kata politikus PAN itu.

Kemudian, ia melontarkan kritikan bila program tersebut hanya janji politik Jokowi. Bahkan, ada banyak janji Jokowi yang tak ditepati.

“Saya kira kalau orang masih percaya Pak Jokowi, keterlaluan. Janjinya terlalu banyak yang enggak ditepati. Kalau dia mau buat janji yang menurut kami tak masuk akal. Menurut Pak JK enggak masuk akal, Menkeu enggak masuk akal dengan situasi negara hari ini,” kata Yandri.

Ia menambahkan kartu itu akan sulit direalisasikan karena pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia hanya 5,1 persen, utang banyak, pengangguran, dan impor masih tinggi. “Saya kira apa yang dikatakan Pak JK benar suatu kartu yang menggaji orang menganggur sulit rasanya untuk disesuaikan APBN kita hari ini,” kata Yandri.

Sebelumnya, Jokowi menjelaskan program Kartu Pra Kerja bila terpilih kembali menjadi RI-1. Kata dia, bagi lulusan Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) hingga perguruan tinggi, hanya akan mendapatkan kartu tersebut, sesuai kemampuan APBN yang diukur setiap tahunnya. Maka itu, tak semua masyarakat usia muda yang lulus dari jenjang pendidikan.

“Enggak, ini nanti ada jumlahnya. Jadi, setahun, misalnya sudah kita hitung dua juta, ya sudah dua juta, atau satu juta, ya segitu. Kemampuan kita itu, kita hitung APBN kita. Tetapi, ini jumlahnya gede-gedean,” kata Jokowi di Istora Senayan, Jakarta, Minggu (10/3).

Dia pun memastikan, meski nanti kartu itu akan memberikan insentif dalam kurun waktu tertentu, bukan berarti memberikan gaji secara cuma-cuma bagi masyarakat yang belum berpenghasilan. Sebab, kartu itu mengharuskan penerimanya untuk dilatih terlebih dahulu sebelum diberi insentif.

“Bukan pengangguran, siapa yang bilang pengangguran? Kapan saya bilang pengangguran? Artinya, yang nganggur pun bisa mendapatkan ini untuk di-training, sehingga gampang masuk ke dunia kerja. Ini kita sambung dengan dunia industri yang membutuhkan,” ujar Jokowi. []
