Bupati Cianjur Tilap Duit Pendidikan, KPK: Siswa Jadi Korban

MUSTANIR.COM, Jakarta – Bupati Cianjur Irvan Rivano Muchtar diduga memangkas anggaran Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) Pendidikan sebesar Rp 46,8 miliar. Total duit itu dipotong sekitar Rp 6,786 miliar atau 14,5 persen untuk dibagi-bagi Irvan dengan kroninya.
“Seharusnya (anggaran yang dipangkas) digunakan oleh sekitar 140 SMP di Cianjur untuk membangun fasilitas sekolah, seperti ruang kelas, laboratorium, atau fasilitas lain,” ujar Wakil Ketua KPK Basaria Pandjaitan di kantornya, Jalan Kuningan Persada, Jakarta Selatan, Rabu (12/12/2018).
Basaria menyayangkan perbuatan Irvan yang memangkas anggaran itu sedari awal. Padahal, menurut Basaria, uang itu bisa dimanfaatkan untuk kepentingan siswa.
“Jelas yang menjadi korban adalah para siswa di Cianjur dan masyarakat yang seharusnya menikmati anggaran DAK tersebut secara maksimal,” kata Basaria.
Irvan disebut mendapat 7 persen dari total anggaran itu atau sekitar Rp 3,276 miliar. Namun, dalam operasi tangkap tangan (OTT) itu, KPK baru menyita Rp 1.556.700.000. Uang itu dikumpulkan para kepala sekolah di Kabupaten Cianjur.
KPK pun telah menetapkan Irvan sebagai tersangka. Selain itu, ada tiga orang lainnya yang ditetapkan sebagai tersangka, yaitu Cecep Sobandi selaku Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Cianjur, Rosidin selaku Kepala Bidang SMP di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Cianjur, dan Tubagus Cepy Sethiady selaku kakak ipar Irvan. Namun Tubagus tidak turut ditangkap KPK sehingga Basaria memintanya menyerahkan diri. []
