Nasehat Mujahidin Yordania Kepada Baghdadi Yang Sudah Ia Baiat
Mustanir.com – Setahun pasca deklarasi khilafah, ulama mujahid asal Yordania, Syaikh Abu Qatadah Al-Falistini melayangkan surat terbuka kepada Syaikh Al-Baghdadi sebagai khalifahnya. Abu Qatadah mengajak Al-Baghdadi untuk mengevaluasi dan merenungkan hasil dari deklarasi khilafah itu, yang diumumkan awal Ramadhan tahun lalu.
Masalah pertama yang perlu direnungkan kembali adalah pengafiran terhadap kaum muslimin yang dasarnya tidak kuat. “Kalau engkau mau merenungkan niscaya engkau menyadari agamaku (Al-Baghdadi) adalah agama kaum muslimin yang tidak mengafirkan manusia berdasarkan prasangka, syubhat, dan pembelaan pribadi.” Yang itu kemudian berlanjut dalam penghalalan darah kaum muslimin. “Inilah pokok perbedaan saya denganmu,” kata Al-Falistini.
Selain masalah takfir, Abu Qatadah juga mempertanyakan masalah deklarasi khilafah. Klaim Al-Baghdadi sebagai khalifah untuk seluruh kaum muslimin dan memosisikan kelompoknya sebagai jamaah kaum muslimin perlu dikaji ulang. Sebab itu dilanjutkan dengan pembatalan seluruh perkumpulan dan organisasi jihad di jalan Allah bila enggan taat dan bergabung ke dalam khilafahnya. Itu tidak tepat karena kelompok-kelompok jihad itu tidak diajak musyawarah dan Al-Baghdadi tidak mampu memberikan hak kaum muslimin.
Setelah setahun deklarasi khilafah itu, Abu Qatadah mengajak Al-Baghdadi untuk bersimpuh sejenak di hadapan Allah Ta’ala untuk mengevaluasi apa yang telah terjadi setelah deklarasi itu; baik atau buruk.
Salah satu poin yang perlu direnungkan, apakah khilafah yang dibangga-banggakan itu menjadi rahmat bagi kaum muslimin atau justru menjadi keburukan dan musibah bagi Islam dan kaum muslimin, lebih khusus lagi bagi mujahidin.
Abu Qatadah tidak menampik bahwa Al-Baghdadi telah berjihad memerangi orang-orang zindiq dan murtad di Irak. Pertanyaan Abu Qatadah, “Apakah jihad itu dimulai sejak engkau mendeklarasikan khilafah itu atau itu merupakan warisan dari kelompok-kelompok (jihad) yang membawa rahmat dan berkah bagi manusia?”
Al-Baghdadi hanya menjadi salah satu di antara sekian orang yang berperan dalam jihad itu, bukan pemrakarsanya, juga bukan khilafah yang dideklarasikannya. Dengan deklarasi khilafah itu, Al-Baghdadi dinilai telah memecah belah para mujahidin yang dahulu berada dalam satu kata. Al-Baghdadi telah membuat keburukan di antara mereka yang tidak ada yang gembira oleh peristiwa itu kecuali setan dan para loyalisnya.
Khilafah Al-Baghdadi, tidaklah menambah tokoh yang menguatkan kaum muslimin. Dan tidak pula menambah wilayah baru karena para komandan khilafah hanyalah membebaskan wilayah yang telah dikuasai oleh kelompok mujahidin lain.
Abu Qatadah juga meminta Al-Baghdadi tidak gembira dengan pernyataan baiat satu dua orang dari sana-sini karena itu tidaklah menambah amunisi baru bagi jihad, tetapi justru melemahkan. Bahkan musibah, sebab faktanya menjadi penyebab perang internal antara mujahidin.
Wilayah baru yang diklaim, baik di Dua Tanah Suci, Yaman, Libya maupun Khurasan, perlu diteliti kembali, apakah itu bisa disebut sebagai wilayah, menurut bahasa, syariat dan akal. Dalam pandangan Abu Qatadah, itu bukanlah wilayah, melainkan sel bawah tanah, yang kesibukan utamanya adalah membunuhi mujahidin dan membuat makar untuk menghancurkan mereka.
“Sudah setahun berlalu, wahai Al-Baghdadi, orang yang berakal akan mengintrospeksi diri dan mengevaluasi pekerjaannya,” kata Al-Falistini di bagian akhir surat terbukanya, “Ada ungkapan: Dari buah yang mereka hasilkan, kalian akan mengenal siapa mereka.” (kiblatnet/adj)
