Aktifis HAM, Helmi Al Djufri: HIV-AIDS dan Seks Bebas akan Semakin Marak Lewat RUU PKS

MUSTANIR.com, Jakarta – Aktifis HAM pada Pusat Advokasi Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia (PAHAM), Helmi Al Djufri mengatakan bahwa HIV-AIDS dan seks bebas akan semakin marak melalui RUU Penghapusan Kekerasan Seksual (PKS). Sebab, dalam RUU tersebut tidak ada pasal yang mengatur tentang seks bebas.

“Masalah HIV-AIDS akan semakin terpelihara dan merajelela, karena tidak adanya pasal yang mengatur perilaku seks bebas. Pelaku seks bebas (suka sama suka/ sukarela, dan seks komersil) tidak dapat dihukum karena tidak ada ketentuan pidananya,” katanya kepada Kiblat.net melalui siaran persnya pada Jumat (08/02).

Ia menegaskan bahwa ada masalah yang jauh lebih besar dari dampak seks bebas selain virus HIV-AIDS. Menurutnya, seks bebas dapat menggerogoti sendi-sendi kekokohan pilar dalam rumah tangga, pilar sosial dan pilar kehidupan dan berbangsa dalam negara.

“Rusaknya dan kacaunya sistem keluarga, sistem keturunan yang sah. Tentunya negara ini harus mencegah terjadinya kerusakan dalam sistem -terkecil hingga terbesar- tersebut,” tuturnya.

Selain itu, ia juga menyebutkan bahwa masalah penyimpangan seksual (homo seksual, biseksual, transgender) akan terpelihara dan pertumbuhan jumlah pelakunya dapat semakin meningkat. Karena dengan RUU ini belum menyentuh dan menjaring ancaman hukuman pidana kepada pelaku homoseksual, biseksesual dan transgender.

“Perilaku seks menyimpang tersebut berkontribusi pada penyebaran penyakit/virus HIV-AIDS dan kerusakan pilar keluarga, sosial dan berbangsa. Maka DPR RI harus memasukan pasal atau penambahan ayat dalam pasal mengenai jenis-jenis kejahatan seksual yang mengatur dengan tegas bahwa homoseksual, biseksual, transgender dilarang dalam RUU,” tuturnya.[kn]
