IJtima MUI Di Tegal Akan Dibuka Oleh Wapres Yusuf Kalla
Mustanir.com – Wakil Presiden Jusuf Kalla dijadwalkan akan membuka ijtima atau forum pertemuan komisi fatwa Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) di Pesantren At-Tauhidiyyah Cikura Tegal Jawa Tengah, Senin.
Wapres dijadwalkan membuka acara tersebut pada pukul 10.00 WIB. Sebelumnya Wapres terbang dengan helikopter dari Bandara Halim Perdanakusuma Jakarta setelan melakukan kunjungan kerja ke Sulawesi Selatan.
Forum pertemuan komisi fatwa MUI akan membahas tiga topik bahasan besar, pertama masalah strategis kebangsaan, kedua masalah fikih kontemporer, ketiga hukum dan perundang-undangan.
Tema yang akan dibahas terkait masalah strategis kebangsaan yaitu ketaatan pada pemimpin yang tidak menaati janji kampanyenya, tentang kriteria kekafiran dan pengkafiran serta tentang radikalisme dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan penanggulangannya. Selain itu juga mengenai kebijakan pertahanan dan sumberdaya alam.
Untuk masalah fikih kontemporer, dibahas mengenai haji berulang, alkamul masjid atau penggusuran masjid, terkait hukuman mati, status dana pensiun, imunisasi dan hak pengasuhan anak bagi pasangan bercerai karena beda agama.
Masalah hukum dan perundang-undangan, membahas masalah ekonomi syariah, pengelolaan BPJS sesuai dengan ketentuan syariah, hukum terapan peradilan agama, revisi KUHP dan KUHAP, perda tentang rumah potong hewan halal, RUU minuman beralkohol, juga pembangunan kebijakan wisata syariah. (arrahmah/adj)
